About me
I enjoy writing for video games as well as about them. I'm not just a writer, I also enjoy designing ideas for games, whether that's designing a quest, the world, the story, the mechanics, or the game itself.
Additionally, I have a vast understanding of social media and extensive experience across different platforms. I have previously owned a gaming blog on Instagram under the name of ashilaria, (now akinekos), and I currently own two active Discord servers.

I am enthusiastic about working in teams and can easily work with anyone. I always aim to make people feel welcome and included.
Many Years of Social Media & Community Management Experience
I Have Experience in Content Creation and Social Media Growth.
For over 6 years, I have been an active content creator on social media sites such as instagram and twitter (now X), and have contributed the various online communities (predominantly Star Wars). Over the years I have learnt to navigate the social media algorithm and have steadily grown my various platforms.
I Own and Manage Two Discord Communities.
I enjoy interacting and managing my Discord communities and always strive to make them a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. I frequently host events for artists, writers, and anyone who wants to share their creative side. Although these two communities are for Star Wars content creators and fans, I have had positive feedback about how my servers are designed in a creative and unique way.
In fact, one of the servers I created is a dedicated safe space so that people can share their theories and chat to people without the fear of online harassment. Members of this community have frequently thanked me for creating and managing this safe space for them.
Many Years of Writing Experience
I work as a professional Freelance Article Writer.
I currently work as a Features Writer for the gaming site GameRant. This means I am consistently writing professional articles for them and produce up to 25 articles per month. I always keep up with which games are trending in order to give the most out of my writing. I regularly pitch new ideas and work closely with the editors and I am very quick when it comes to any revisions I must make.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Performance & Media, and a Masters Degree in Games Enterprise.
I enjoyed my 5 years at university. I spent hours working on scripts, concepts, game designs, world building, character building, stories, and radio plays. I took pride in my work and to this day I am still expanding on some of the worlds I created while at University.
